Lis Wiehl was born August 19, 1962 and is a former Fox News legal analyst.
She is an adjunct professor of law at New York Law School, previously an associate professor at University of Washington Law School. She offered legal analysis on Bill O'Reilly's radio show as well as National Public Radio. She has appeared as a guest on The O'Reilly Factor and Your World with Neil Cavuto. Wiehl completed her studies at West Valley High School, Yakima. She was born in Yakima. She has an undergraduate degree in Arts from Barnard College and an MA in Literature (University of Queensland) in addition to a JD from Harvard Law School.
Wiehl worked as a prosecutor in the US Attorney's Office. She served as the legal correspondent on NPR All Things Considered. She was "the Chief Investigative Counsel for Democrats in the House Judiciary Committee during Clinton's impeachment." She was a law professor with tenure at the University of Washington School of Law Seattle from 1995 until 2001. From 2001 until 2017, Wiehl was an attorney analyst at Fox News.
