Sharp was born within Rochester (New York) and embraced music. In the Hochstein School of Music, she was a student of clarinet, cello as well as piano. Sharp's enthusiasm for performing in high school was what led her to the Boston Conservatory where she received a scholarship. Cum Laude, where she was awarded a B.F.A. Sharp's initial focus was on the stage. Sharp was a part of The Broadway National Tour of Carousel. Sharp's theatrical performances include Abyssinia as well as Aida. Sharp's work is not limited to screen or stage. Sharp has written and co-written several projects. Sharp performs and is working on a full length album. Sharp loves exercise. She is active by training in boxing, learning Krav Maga, and taking long trips on the road. Sharp resides with her spouse and two children living in Los Angeles.
